Refund policy
General Information
There are various reasons why you may decide to return (part of) your order. Please read this page carefully to avoid misunderstandings and possible delays.
Important for the return:
-
Return the product (if possible) in its original packaging and in an outer packaging (e.g., original box).
-
Ensure the shipment is sufficiently stamped.
-
Include the invoice as well as the withdrawal form. You can download the withdrawal form here.
-
Always register your return online with us. Our warehouse does not have a personal collection point; the package cannot be handed in directly.
Also, keep the original packaging and invoice in good condition. This will speed up the processing of your return. To ensure your return has arrived, we recommend keeping the shipping receipt carefully.
Return Costs
If you return an order, you bear the return costs. If a defective or incorrect product has been delivered, we will reimburse the return costs. Please indicate this in the comments field when registering your return.
Items can be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
Liability for Returns
For a standard return, the seller bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport (§ 357 Abs. 5 BGB). We nevertheless recommend sending the package insured and keeping the shipping receipt to allow quick handling in case of loss or damage.
Processing of Returns
Once the return has been received, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Any replacement items will also be sent promptly.

Conditions for Returns
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days of receipt.
We kindly ask you to return the goods – if possible – unused and in the original packaging. Otherwise, compensation may be charged if the reduction in value is due to use beyond checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods (§ 357 Abs. 7 BGB).
The following items cannot be returned:
Digital content (e.g. licence codes or digital vouchers) is excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period has expired and has confirmed that they are aware that this means the right of withdrawal is lost.
Note: After 14 working days, returns are no longer possible.
