Last weekend, we attended the fourth edition of the Dexpact Event. A day completely dedicated to making an impact and contributing to the fight against childhood cancer. What makes this event so special is the shared intention: entrepreneurs, speakers, and partners come together not just to grow, but primarily to give back.

Our Contribution as Yakelos
We are proud to share that Yakelos contributed as a sponsor to this special initiative this edition. Quality, experience, and connection are at the core of what we do, and we were able to share that in the following ways:
-
Olive oil for all guests: We provided bottles of our extra virgin olive oil for all attendees. This way, everyone took home a tangible memory and could get acquainted with the story behind Yakelos.
-
The goodie bag: Together with the other sponsors, organizer Rajhen put together a beautiful goodie bag, which we were proud to contribute to. A wonderful gesture where attention and collaboration come together.
-
Exclusive donations: We donated two exclusive olive oil packages, which were given away during the raffle. The best part? The full proceeds from this went directly to the charity.

Inspiring Insights from Top Speakers
During the event, a strong line-up of speakers took the stage. Each brought their own story, their own energy, and directly applicable insights:
-
Brent Bakker shared a powerful and direct message about discipline and focus. He showed how to build a rock-solid foundation in both your business and personal life, and what is possible with the right mindset.
-
Fajah Lourens provided balance and awareness. With her vision on health and mental strength, she gave valuable insights into the importance of truly taking good care of yourself.
-
Jos Burgers brought both lightheartedness and sharpness. With his characteristic humor, he flawlessly brought marketing back to its essence: simplicity, customer focus, and creating real value.

The Mission of Stichting Super Dex
Behind this event is a powerful story. Rajhen Ramoutar is not only the organizer of the Dexpact Event but also the chairman of Stichting Super Dex (the Super Dex Foundation). Since 2016, he and a dedicated team of family and friends have been committed to one mission: helping to eradicate childhood cancer from the world. What started as Run for the (T)win evolved into this foundation in 2024.
The goal is as clear as it is ambitious: to cure every child with cancer, with an optimal quality of life. To achieve this, the foundation raises funds for the Princess Máxima Center, the largest research center for pediatric oncology in Europe.
The harsh reality is that every year, about 600 children in the Netherlands are diagnosed with cancer. Approximately 150 children lose this battle, and a large portion of the survivors continue to suffer from the consequences of the severe treatments. Therefore, Stichting Super Dex focuses on the entire journey of the child:
-
Before the battle: By making life-saving research possible.
-
During the battle: By ensuring better care and support.
-
After the battle: By helping with recovery and improving the quality of life.
What makes this foundation extra special is its 100% transparency. No one within the team receives compensation; every donated euro is used directly for its intended cause.
A Special Conclusion
What made this day extra special and emotional was Rajhen's announcement that this was the fourth and final edition of the Dexpact Event. It marked the successful conclusion of a series of gatherings in which an enormous impact has been realized.
Together We Make an Impact
For us at Yakelos, entrepreneurship goes far beyond just bringing a beautiful product to the market. It is about contributing, connecting, and creating value for the world around us. To be able to be part of the Stichting Super Dex mission feels like a great honor to us.
We look back with immense gratitude on a day full of energy, beautiful conversations, and genuine connection. A big thank you to Rajhen for his dedication, to the foundation, and to all attendees who together make this difference possible.
